How do I withdraw my winnings from my Online Casino Carnival account?:
When you submit a withdrawal request, its status is labeled as "waiting", which means that your request has been accepted by Online Casino Carnival and that we are processing it.
You may not deposit funds into your casino account when you have a withdrawal pending. You must cancel your pending withdrawal to be able to play. All withdrawal requests are processed within four business days after the date of the request. However, please note that we reserve the right to withhold withdrawals above the amount of $5,000 for security checks until the reception of all the required documents, at which stage your withdrawal will be processed.
During this time you may not make any deposit. However, you can cancel your withdrawal request and return these funds into your Online Casino Carnival account. By canceling your withdrawal request, your account is credited back and you can To cancel your withdrawal, go to the "pending withdrawal" section of the "withdrawal" section of the cashier. Click on the withdrawal you wish to cancel, and then on the "transfer back to balance" button.
Please note that that the withdrawal-processing period is different for VIP Players.
Players will be allowed to withdraw not more than $10,000 (or the equivalent amount in EURO or GBP currency) per month. If the amount to be withdrawn is superior to $10,000 (or the equivalent amount in EURO or GBP currency) the remaining will be placed back to the player’s balance, for the player to withdraw one month afterwards.
According to Online Casino Carnival withdrawal policy, the requested withdrawal amount will be refunded back to your method of original Deposit, up to your Casino Deposit Balance*. The remaining sum, if any, will be sent to you via Wire Transfer or Bank Draft.The minimum amount for a Wire Transfer Cash Out is $500, for a Bank Draft Express $100 and for a Bank Draft $10. If you have requested to withdraw a lower amount, we will not be able to process your request and the funds will be added to your Casino account.
*Casino Deposit Balance is composed of the total deposits made using specific deposit methods less previous Cash Outs and/or refunds.
Due to MasterCard and Visa regulations we are not permitted to return funds to your MasterCard or Visa Credit Cards. Therefore, deposits made using MasterCard or Visa Credit Cards will not be counted in your Casino Deposit Balance
