October 13, 2004 -- Nubytech formally issues this correction
statement in regards to a press release issued on Monday, Oct 4,
2004. Nubytechs Mortal Kombat controllers are not rated M
themselves as the ESRB does not rate controllers. Nubytech has
obtained permission from the ESRB to utilize the M rating logo due
to the fact that the Mortal Kombat controllers are based off a
