Chinese government acted upon land based casinos in China making a casino gambling event more than the usual adventure, leading Chinese gamblers in the direction of online casino gambling. Mong la, a small Chinese town, was made a small gambling center ever since the first casino there built in 1990. However with the severe actions taken by the government there enforcing travel to the casino, other solutions are sought. Sai Leun offers a free online casino solution to be added to his former land based casino enterprise.
Sai Leun started this online casino venture with seven casinos opened just months ago amidst the jungle, designed for Chinese online casino gamblers. An additional fourteen new casinos are expected in the near future. Chinese casino players can access the game online from their home and watch the casino tables through special cameras by a live video internet connection. The bets are done through agents present in the casino. New online casinos have recently surfaced at nearby towns with a daily turnover of $20 million.
Sai Leun, the town's overlord, currently commands a strong militia of thousands. He exempts locals from paying tax in his autonomous area, making online casino gambling tax free and states that the only burdens locals have to bare will be supplying recruits for his army. In the meantime Chinese government still threatens the casino business with Sai Leun negotiating assurances from Chinese officials in order to prevent yet another strife in the Chinese land based and online casino gambling scene.
