Customized wine bibs, the collar bib rings that slip over the neck of wine bottles, are a great way for wineries to extend their marketing reach to customers in both their wine tasting rooms and after the customers have gone home. Great Taste Magazine of Huntington Beach, CA is now offering customized wine bibs to wineries as part of an expanded marketing effort on the part of vintners. "It's a great way for a winery to keep their name in front of a customer and help them at the same time," said Teri Williams, publisher of Great Taste Magazine. "The name of the winery is right there on the bottle every time a glass of wine is poured, and it keeps the wine from dripping on the table, linens or the customer's clothing. If you like, the customer can take the wine bib home, and the name of the winery is still in front of the customer in their home for a long time." The magazine is offering discounts on bulk orders of the wine bibs for wineries preparing for the holiday season. Individuals can also order the wine bibs with their name personalized on each one as well. "They are fun to have at holiday parties, banquets, weddings, and for other special events," said Williams. "They are also a great way for the wineries to add one more dimension to their marketing programs."
